Return Policy

All new and used merchandise shipped from Parker Paige has been thoroughly inspected and is in good condition unless otherwise stated in the product description. All used merchandise is sold "as-is" with a no return/no refund policy. There are very few exceptions to our no returns policy. They include:

  • Item(s) damaged during shipping
  • The size you ordered does not fit (new clothing only)
  • Returns - An RA# (return authorization number) is required on all packages shipped to us. All items must be in good, original, unused condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Exchanges - We must be notified in writing via email of any exchanges within 21 days of receipt of your package. An RA# (return authorization number) is required on all packages shipped to us. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

    You must request an RA number BEFORE you send an item back to us. To request an RA number, please send us an email describing your reason for requesting to return an item for a refund or exchange.
